Petralia Family's Thanksgiving in the snow (Floridians)

We had the greatest family time eating our Thanksgiving Dinner and enjoying the snow. The house was spacious warm and comfortable. We played board games also put puzzles together. The little ones played basketball and rode bikes. HATS OFF TO YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!

House was as advertised and stocked better than any house I have ever stayed at. Anything you can think of or forgot to bring, was already there. Very cool house with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

The Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at The FarmhouseThe accommodations are clean and expansive. The home is a close drive to Colgate University and the town of Hamilton making it extremely easy to move our son in to college. We look forward to another stay.

Spacious and convenient to Colgate

My friends and I stayed at the house to attend our college reunion. The house is spacious and clean, located far enough outside Hamilton that is it quiet, close enough that it is convenient. The owner is a pleasure, concerned and attentive to our experience. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by walking through another bedroom. It's a great place for young kids, but may not work for adults. That being said, the house is large enough to accommodate a crowd.

Family Farmhouse - charming comfy

This picturesque farmhouse is perfect for a large family. Plenty of room. Plenty of amenities. Loved the outdoor areas. That was cherry on top! Lol and laundry room, thank you! Hostess was super quick to answer me with any of my questions. We came up from Texas as a family for my daughter’s graduation from Cazenovia and had few quirky things to iron out ahead of time…and Hostess was great with helping us. Our stay was perfect!

Lovely House For A Colgate Visit

Stayed at the farm house when dropping our daughter off for start of junior year. House is well stocked and in a lovely setting. Walkable to campus and town if you are up for a long walk. Would stay again.

Lovely stay at a lovely home!

Excellent communication from the host - we had an awful stay at another home and luckily Wendy was able to host us for a couple days last minute and was so kind. Everything was clean and all instructions were communicated very well. Only thing was the Keurig machine was broken but we were able to get the drip one working. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

This home was a perfect fit for our needs. It was clean and beautifully furnished with EVERYTHING anyone might need! Minutes to town yet quiet and serene with even a rambling little stream to sit by and contemplate life! Lovely home and lovely owners!

This property is absolutely adorable and it is obvious that much care and thought went into preparing this home to be opened to visitors of all kinds! The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. Eco-friendly products are used throughout the house, which is very nice and speaks volumes about the consideration that the owners have for not only their guests, but the entire planet. I only wish we spent more time at the actual house because it was so lovely, but we were in town for a reunion which kept us away from the Vrbo most of the trip! In our rushed exit, I forgot a few towels and a swimsuit in the dryer and the owner was very willing to help me get it shipped (of course I won't ask them to pay the shipping though!). So many books and boardgames to choose from, musical delights via vinyl records and a guitar. Lovely decor all around. Honestly, I could keep boasting about all the wonderful things I loved about this property but I'm almost at the character limit!! I want to go back just to stay in this house and the beautiful town it is in! Scenery is gorgeous, neighbors are friendly, local fare delicious. Top notch!

Amazing, Child-friendly Stay in Hamilton

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Wendy and Will. The house was extremely comfortable and amazingly child friendly with toys, books, crib, lounger, and pack and play already in the house. Our daughter loved the little table in the kid's room for coloring. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with all that we need, and the close yet not quite in the middle of town location was perfect for our needs. We will absolutely stay there if we are in town again. Thank you!
