Your home away from home in North Utica located at the Grand Bear Resort completely remodeled (new bathrooms, new floors , new carpets), with 2 bedrooms. This pleasant townhome offers a serene escape for you and your guests. With 1 king bed, jet tub, sink 1 sofa bed, and fireplace in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom, it comfortably accommodates your group. The entire house has water softener to make your stay more pleasant. The back patio leads to open space with plenty of room for kids to play with access to common grill area. Immerse yourself in the superb amenities including heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, WiFi, washing machine, iron, and AC. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, hair dryers and towels. Kitchen includes various cooking and baking essentials including 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric kettle. Our 1800 sq Villa accommodate a maximum of 9 people . VILLA IS PRIVATELY OWNED !!! For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately !!! I was in town for a wedding and was so pleased we stayed where we did. Starved Rock Lodge was so dated..Our villa was so clean and fresh and Beautiful..

What a great place to stay. Location is amazing! Close to Starved Rock, Utica and several great restaurants. Extra credit for having a great bed with wonderful pillows! We hope to stay there again when in town.

This VRBO was outstanding! Myself and my two children were in town to visit family and we couldn’t have asked for a more spacious, luxurious experience. This townhome was very comfortable, very clean and provided everything we needed for our short stay.When we’re in town again to visit family, I will definitely try to get this exact townhouse again!Thank you so much!

Family of four, we were able to go hiking and comeback and relax after a long day exploring. The place was excellent! Comfortable living room area, beds were good, kitchen was well stocked, clean towels. Wonderful stay!

The place was spotless! It was wonderful to stay here to give everyone space vs being stuck in a hotel room. This place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again for sure.

Aneta’s place was perfect for our family of four. We loved the close proximity to the parks. It was updated, decorated nicely, and very clean. The living area had plenty of seating for 4 adults to comfortably sit. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend for sure.

We loved our stay! Great location, quiet, and so close to Starved Rock trails! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and that the entire home was super clean. Details were well thought out to ensure guests had what they needed and more, even down to Valentine's Day touches! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa that was perfect for our Christmas get together. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the updates to the villa made it very inviting and homey.

This place was sparkling clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a huge and well-stocked kitchen, lots of sunlight, 3 balconies/patios....so peaceful and beyond great! I went away for an alone retreat but can't wait to bring my family to stay next time! Excellent hostess with fantastic communication!

Aneta’s place was spotless, cozy, and felt instantly homey. Everything was so clean and well-kept, and she was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. We had everything we could possibly need and were completely comfortable the entire stay. Truly loved our time there.
