Beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath condo w/pullout sofa in downtown Utica

Beautiful condo in downtown Utica. This beautiful condo features exposed stone and an open concept entertaining space including a bar with mini fridge and bar tools. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms allow for plenty of comfortable sleeping for your entire group along with a sleeper sofa in the second living area. Master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the third has a queen bed and extra twin cot. They share a bathroom with double sinks. Large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave complete with cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, and basic cooking ingredients. Complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. This unit has its own laundry room with detergent provided as well. Young families are provided with a pack n play, high chair, and children's tableware. Upstairs living room is set up for lounging and playing board games. Back private patio has a gas grill and overlooks a common space where guests of Bruce and Ollies and Ginger Road Brewery often congregate. This condo is conveniently located above Bruce and Ollies, a coffee and ice cream shop in the Bickerman Building. It is steps away from August Hill Winery, downtown shops, nighttime entertainment during the summer months, and a short drive to Starved Rock State Park. It is also a short walk to the I & M Canal. Many people take the afternoon and travel to either Ottawa or Lasalle by bike via the I&M Canal. Come and see what Utica has to offer.

Wow! Wow! Wow!We this place!! Best description: maybe 'industrial chic' upstairs in a great old building - a lot of character. Very clean. Easy check in, wonderful communication with the host.walk to the winery, across the street for dinner. Loved that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were VERY comfortable. The only downside was, getting it warm enough in the nice open living room area - made the bedrooms hot. We realize this is hard to manage in an old building. Like I said, we loved it & hope to use it again in the summertime.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We all live in different states, and this space gave us a central place to finally come together and celebrate the holidays under one roof.The condo was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—plenty of room for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. It was also impressively well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay easy and stress-free.It truly felt like a home away from home and created the perfect setting for meaningful time, great meals, and lasting memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather as a family and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property is absolutely stunning! Beautifully designed, the host has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the coffee and creamers are plentiful and there are even board games and a travel crib! It was perfect for my family. I wish we could have taken advantage of the super location of this property, but unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and didn’t have time to explore. That being said, I grew up near Utica and am familiar with all the amenities of the town, especially Mill Street. I don’t think there is a better place to stay in terms of comfort and location. I would give this property and host 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Starved Rock Getaway

We decided to book this condo because of its perfect location regarding our weekend plans. It was so convenient being right in town, and was not noisy at all. The space was bigger than we expected, and as a group were so happy with our decision to stay here. The host was amazing and gave us lots of detail about the area. 100% would recommend staying here, as we plan on coming back if we are in the area again! Another bonus is being extremely close to grocery stores and to Starved Rock!

Beautiful place

The property was so pretty and bigger than expected! The area is so nice too! It was stocked with everything we needed it was great! The amenities were nice! It was super clean! The communication with the host was hard they didn’t answer the phone or my text but everything else so amazing!

Amazing!

This loft is perfect. It is beautifully designed, immaculate, extremely well equipped, and with a great location on the main block of Utica, which is a fun little town. The stairs are plentiful and steep which is the only problem if someone is not able to handle that. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and Luxurious

This property was beautiful and felt brand new; all of the furnishings, bedding, and amenities were so luxurious and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided at the condo. The location was perfect; right next to restaurants and close to the I&M path for walking. The owner was very responsive to my questions and the checkin instructions were easy to follow. I would love to stay again, but it looks like the property may not be avaiable for rent...

Girls weekend

Lovely, cozy loft with everything you need! The owner has thought of everything. I almost don’t want to say what a great spot this is because I want it to be available next time we need it!! Checking in and out was easy and was one of the best places we’ve stayed. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect Staff Retreat

We hosted a retreat for the directors of our church staff in this condo. EVERYTHING about this place is well thought out. We had absolutely everything that we needed. The place in really unique in that they have combined the original rustic features with modern ones. It is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our bachelorette/bachelor party! The condo looked exact like the pictures. It was such a pretty area, and was just the right amount of space for our party of 12. The property manager was helpful if we needed anything. We had an awesome time!
