Villa Faucon Pèlerin is a beautiful villa with a veranda and terrace. Next to the terrace is the private swimming pool.
The entrance leads into the living room with fireplace and kitchen. Separate toilet and washing machine. A staircase to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

We stayed in early September when the kids had gone back to school. Fantastic weather and the property was a good size with everything we needed. Local attractions were equally fantastic. I especially liked that there were so many wild fig and plum trees around. The host was very accommodating. The pool was cleaned each morning giving us space to enjoy it all afternoon when the sun was at it's best. We'll be staying again one day.

Un joli séjour dans un très joli cadre. Propriétaire réactif et disponible. Précision importante pour les propriétaires de chiens : le jardin n'est pas clôturé ;)

La villa está muy bien y bien equipada. El check in es rápido y muy amable. La zona de bosque es increible y tiene a 5 minutos de coche un pueblo con servicios (Carrefour, gasolinera, farmacia). Para cenar en el porche llevar antimosquitos por la proximidad de la piscina privada.

Of course the property is very old and no doubt difficult to maintain but we didn't get the greatest first impression when upon entering for the first time there was a very musty smell on the lower floor (upper floor was fine). The caretake/local agent explained that ther had been a recent leak from the dishwasher and we suppose these things happen. Next I tripped over a loose slab (crazy paving type) outside the rear door and found ther were in fact 2 or 3 such slabs with others likely to work loose very soon. This is of course easily avoided but this is the start of the holiday season so why are they like that? The pool looked great though not the cleanest we have seen with green mould still showing around the gap above the waterline and quite a bit of debris in the water itself. Not a major issue and there was a net for us to scoop debris away. But there were no sun umbrellas and despite asking for them they never arrived. So having moaned a bit so far I add that the location was fantastic, helped by us not having any neighbours in the other adjacent properties, and overall it's a nice property in which we made ourselves very comfortable indeed enjoying ourselves very much. It just feels there was a bit lacking in making the property as stunning as it could be.

Really lovely Villa in beautiful, quiet setting. There were other properties in close proximity but it was still so peaceful. It was an extremely hot two weeks, the caretaker had lent us a fan for the bedroom which we so needed it was unbearable hot. The beds were ultra-comfortable. The bathroom modern and stylish. The lounge had a rustic feel to it and had a well equipped kitchen. Thouroughly enjoyed this holiday.

Schönes Haus in schöner Anlage, innen insbesondere auf der ersten Etage relativ eng. Leider nicht sehr sauber, im Wohnzimmer konnte ich mich als Hausstauballergiker ohne Dauerniesen nicht aufhalten. Latent muffiger Geruch im Erdgeschoss. Eine Woche lang kein WLAN.

Woning was zeer mooi, eigenares is een zeer lieve Nederlandse dame! Je kan er altijd bij terecht. Ze woont op hetzelfde domein. Wij hadden dit wel graag geweten voor we daar aankwamen dat het 3 woningen samen op 1 domein zijn, 1 van eigenares en nog 1 aan de overkant, (wel met hoge haag tussen en voldoende parkeerruimte tussen de 2 woningen)want als we alleen zijn op een domein kan onze hond heel de dag los lopen en nu kon dit niet omdat hij getriggerd werd door het rondgeloop van eigenares en andere mensen + door de hond aan de overkant. Los hiervan kan de eigenares als ze wil bijna op je handen zien, maar ze respecteert 100% je privacy, je hebt het helemaal niet door dat ze daar woont (als je geen hond hebt :-) ).
