"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "3世代家族で２日間の宿泊でした。 予約時の対応は最悪でした。車のサイズを確認したところ『そのサイズは停車不可です。キャンセルならそちらからどうぞ』とのメッセージが届きました。そんな事を言われたのは初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。 結局車のサイズを小さくして向かいましたがキャンピングカーも停まっててこれ又びっくりでした。確かに駐車場は狭いですが部屋によっては停められる場所もありました。そこは予約時に表示してほしいです。 部屋自体は満足で高齢者も満足しています。 生活する大体のものは揃っていてほぼ手ぶらで泊まれます。タオル大小も洗濯洗剤もアメニティもありました。キッチンも炊飯器、トースター以外は大体 "
