Viatges a Upton amb Fishley

A good but tired hotel we have used more than once. The room was adequate but nothing special, although the bed was very comfortable. The staff are however excellent and work really hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food we've had at the hotel is surprisingly good. Breakfast is tasty and we had a light lunch in the bar which was very good. All in all a good choice for us as we regularly visit our daughter who is at university.

Would highly recommend a visit hotel was amazing outstanding customer service staff were professional friendly and helpful and wanted to be there. Would definitely reurn

The hotel seems to be used as a long term housing facility for immigrants to the UK and therefore is filled with families. The place is noisy and has an bad smell of old fried food. It's not a good option for a business traveller. I was kept awake until 1am most night by the family next door.

Booked a junior suite for one night. Stunning room, could possibly do with a little tlc in the DIY department but absolutely spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee facilities were spot on but could possibly find a bigger fridge not located right next to the bed much more useful than what was provided. The Bentley tour to start our stay was absolutely fantastic and Jim made us feel very welcome and had a great knowledge of the city. Would absolutely stay again, its a lovely hotel and a great location.
