Private guest suite with private entrance on a peaceful estate with stunning mountain views. The suite is completely private with no shared living spaces. Enjoy a full-size tennis/pickleball, basketball hoop, swimming pool access (when available), and 40+ fruit trees. Features a comfortable queen bed, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffe manchine and remodeled private bathroom. Ideal for Claremont Colleges visitors, business travelers, and extended stays.

There are two other separate guest units within the same house. Guests staying in those units have their own private entrances and do not access your living space. There are no indoor common areas shared with other guests, so you will have complete privacy during your stay.

Your private entrance is located on the left side of the house. The room includes a private bathroom for your exclusive use. Please note that there is no access to the kitchen or the laundry room.

Normal utilities—including electricity, gas, water, trash service, and high-speed internet—are included.

This room is connected to the central A/C system. However, the thermostat is controlled by the guests staying in the main house, so you may still benefit from the central A/C when they have it running.

For your comfort, a window fan is provided. If you prefer independent climate control, a portable A/C unit is available to rent for $25 per day, which includes the electricity cost.

This is a private property. For the safety and security of all guests, unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the property.

If you plan to have a visitor during your stay, please let me know in advance so I can approve the visit.

Absolutely no smoking or parties are allowed anywhere on the property.

Dogs weighing up to 20 lbs are welcome. Cats are not permitted. A pet fee of $10 per day, per dog applies.
