"Cruising from Tilbury so looking to drive up from Bristol the day before and find a nearby B&B. Found the Campanile on Expedia based on price and distance. Read the reviews and thought "How bad can it be?" Well - not bad at all! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for the night and extremely comfortable bed. Close to dual carriageway but we didn't notice any traffic noise. Evening meal a bit "ready-meal" but a great breakfast and late check-out if you want it. Will definitely stay again...

"The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious. The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park."

"Yes..clean room... helpful barman who carried my drinks to my room. I couldn't use the shower though as i wasn't in an accessible room Breakfast was superb."

"We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. "This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...
