Excellent birding, hiking, bicycling, relaxing and rejuvenating to be had, only two miles from the Gila National Forest Away from it all, but within day trip distance of Silver City, NM, Tombstone, AZ, Gila Cliff dwellings, Ft. Bowie, AZ, White Water Canyon Catwalk. All the history, archaeology, geology, starry skies and sunshine the high desert is known for, with very comfortable accommodations at the end of your busy days. 2.8 miles of private trails, water courses, trees, meadows, wildlife and wildflowers out the back door. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and kennel for your well-behaved dog. Off the beaten path, with all the serenity, space and solitude you crave.. Absolutely lovely place, clean, quiet and beautiful views in all directions. Susan was a wonderful host and I expect to visit again as soon as I’m able.

Favorite place so far! Super quiet and relaxing, very clean. Eggs from their chickens in the fridge was a great surprise! Great stuff shirt drives away to see as well. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful, this property is very quiet and serene and is very comfortable. It was amazing to sit on the porch and watch the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you might need. Susan was gracious enough to turn us on to a nearby rock hounding site. There is no doubt we will stay there again.

The home was just what I was expecting. Location is down a quiet dirt road, great views from the porch. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, clean towels and linens. Susan even left some fresh eggs as a surprise, went so far as to use the carton with my name on it. GREAT HOST!!

Love staying at this peaceful and quiet little home. Everything is always clean and very well stocked and the perfect place to relax and find quiet.

Great getaway!

Beautiful place in the quiet country. Host is very nice and hospitable. If you want quiet, and close to Gila national park, can't beat this place.

Wonderful place to stay

Such a wonderful place to stay. The house is plenty big with all the amenities needed to feel at home. The owner was very responsive and curtious to any questions we had, which made it that much better of a stay. Beautiful views in all directions to enjoy!

Calm, peaceful, quiet. The house and property were perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Beautiful scenery and awesome weather made this trip an amazing experience! Will come back soon

Everything you could want! This place has everything from plush extra towels to a complete set of dishes and cookware. The host went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations and making our stay truly unforgettable!
