"This hotel was the perfect stay for my work conference! The food was excellent - both the breakfast and the kickback food, the room was so clean, and the staff was super friendly! The staff was honestly the best part because they talked to you like you were an old friend, and it truly seemed like they love their work and loved being there. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The ladies at the desk were very nice. The property was in a great location for my conference. The room had wear and tear. The elevators smelled like smoke. The pillows had a strange smell to them. My door lock looked like someone tried to break in at one point. It was nice to have parking and breakfast in the morning. "

"Biggest complaint is that the shower design was very poor and even when the door was closed completely water was running out of the shower onto the floor outside making it very dangerous. Additionally, there was no fan in the bathroom which was less than ideal. The actual bedroom area was very nice, parking was safe and plentiful, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The fact that you have to request housekeeping the night before is kind of...

"Pillows smelled bad"

"Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."
