"Overall, I had a very good experience with my stay at the Landmark. The staff were very helpful. I needed to use the room safe to store my medicine, checkbook, etc., but the safe would not work The staff went out of their way to get it fixed for me. The only complaint I have is the size of the bathroom in the room I was in. The shower was large enough, but the bathroom was not much larger than those in campers. I realize it would be hard to correct now, but it was very poor construction...

"The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable except for the flat pillows. We had very poor tv for both nights. It was frustrating that we couldn’t watch the nba playoffs on either tv because their satellite had poor reception. The front desk never answers the phone so I went down to the desk and the employee was reading and eating pizza. The second night they didn’t answer because they were folding laundry. "The property is extremely run down and not at all what I would consider a clean or comfortable stay. The room had a very strong and unpleasant plug-in fragrance smell that seemed to be covering up other odors. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, the white towels were stained and the dye from the blue towels ran when wet. The bathroom and shower area need much better cleaning and maintenance. There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling, soap stains on the shower curtain that made it obvious...
