"Absolutely wonderful stay. Graham and Sheena made us so welcome that I think we may have to go back sometime. From the breakfast to the beautiful huge room we couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was absolutely enormous. Thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"We were initially very tensed as we are going to Europe for first time. Communicated with the owners (Karen & George), they were very friendly and eased our anxiety. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. I highly recommend if you are planning for a trip to Loch Ness and need a small private atmosphere."

"2-night stay at the Laichmoray. Double room 27 at ground floor rear of building. Quiet, good workspace with sockets. Bath/Shower & plenty of towels. Suited me perfectly...."

"What an absolutely beautiful place! We loved our room; it had so much character. We appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room, the included breakfast; the restaurant on site, the wifi and the available parking. The grounds are also beautiful; you can sit at the tables along the river and admire the castle-like building. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Absolutely the best value in Elgin.. Delicious breakfast, spac’ous rooms, fast Internet, courteous staff, central location and a parking spot for your car. What else can you look for? Oh I forgot| the selection at the bar is overwhelming!"

"Room came with hot tub & balcony which was a great experience with good views of the golf course, beach and lighthouse. Standard room and shower room - was like staying in someones spare bedroom rather than a hotel. Good experience!"

"A beautiful and charming little guest house sits by the sea and nice beach where you can have a stroll with a drink. Lovely place and the staff ware all very friendly. We will def come back to stay longer. "

"Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and full cooked breakfast is very good and hot. Didn’t have dinner was not keen on the menu but it might be good for others but not me. "We’ve been to The Bandstand several times and it never disappoints. The accommodations are comfortable, the people are welcoming and helpful, the food is good, and they have good live music sometimes. The location is lovely- steps from the path along the beach and the river trail. We love The Bandstand and stay in Nairn rather than Inverness because of it. Nairn is a lovely little town on its own, but having a place to stay that checks all our boxes makes Nairn irresistible. "

"We were touring around and this was a great location, with the beaches of Nairn nearby and good connections to travel wider afield to Inverness and Loch Ness in one direction and Aviemore in the other.
