"This has been my favorite stay at any hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had no issue getting early check in even though It was around 10am & check in was at 3pm. The staff immediately helped us get our bags up to the room & even kept them locked away for us after check-out so we could explore a bit more before heading to the airport. My favorite thing about my stay was the complimentary transportation within 2 miles. They took us around in a nice, clean Tesla and had us feeling so...

"Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist."

The restaurant had good food, but had some unexpected and not known charges of fees for take out, Cc, and other fees even for 1 person. It would be more professional and ethical to disclose these fees than surprise patrons."
