"Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3"

"Staff was attentive. Valets were great with parking and retrieving the 15 passenger van we were using. Hotel is located close the restaurants and the Paramount theater. Walking distance to monorail to get to Space Needle."

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"I appreciated how clean my room was and the convenience of the kitchenette. Location was excellent with a bus stop right in front, and walking distance from the light rail train station (direct line from the airport which is 45mins and 3$). They also organized a shuttle for the cruise terminal for me so I didn’t need to figure that out, takes 15-20 minutes for 10$. Close to a lot of attractions."

"Our first room was trashed, the bench broke as soon as we put our bag ontop of it, the blinds were broken, the bathroom dirty, the tablet cracked, it was rough and we asked if we could move to another room which staff quickly accommodated. I use really use to like this hotel but unfortunately they need to update most rooms. You can see the wear and tear, definitely ok for quick travel."

"Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and cool vibes. Walking distance to Pike Place Market and other shops/cafes/etc. Room was comfortable but pretty small (2 double beds) and the bathroom was TINY. Only real negative was how small the sink/countertop was and the shower being open-stall."

"I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in.
