"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

"Clean room and very helpful and informative staff. The shower took a little while to get warm but fine thereafter. There is an Art museum about a block away and several restaurants too. Parking is across the street in garage but there's a designated drop off area in front of hotel to unload. Did not try their restaurant/bar but it looked nice."

"Clunks of hair stuck in sink when I checked in, housekeeping supervisor was very rude because I brought it to her attention. Other than that my stay was ok"

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"Saturday morning engineer, Friday evening restaurant server, morning housekeeping staffer and Front desk staff after 6 was horroble...the worst. I've never experienced such a service so alienating in my life. Front desk doesnt pick up the phones or ask you to hold and never come back. Restaurant server walked passed me so many times to give attention to this White family that I had to demand 2 menus, water, service, etc. I asked where could I sit and this Black older man (tall) ignored me so...

"Location was perfect and rooms were clean. Only problem I had was I booked two seperate rooms, we arrived about 5pm and had to wait for ONE room as two weren’t available right away. The second room wasn’t ready til about 8pm.. if check in is at 4 then rooms should be ready.. "

"We were not aware of construction going on. Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a new remodeled room- but Room 1 had no hot water and we did have a mini fridge. Room 2 had hot water and no fridge. Saturday morning at 8am construction started and it was so loud we couldnt hear our TV or make any calls. Sunday morning, easter morning, construction started again around 9am. I understand they are remodeling, but on the weekends?? The staff was super nice and the bar/restaurant was delicious, but...
