Spacious and Quiet Villa

What I like: rooms are spacious; breakfast is good; customer service is good What I don't like: no shampoo provided, you cannot even buy it from them or from surrounding since there is no convenience store around; the room is not well maintained, you can see water stains on the wall everywhere; the villa is on a mountain.

großes Zimmer mit Küche und Wohnzimmer. Täglich frische Handtücher, Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Leider fehlt es in der Küche an Besteck und Geschirr. Hier hätte man sich mehr Mitdenken gewünscht. Man bekommt das Fehlende jedoch im Restaurant, wenn man nachfragt.

war ruhig und wenig los. Aber zur High Season sind alle 29 Villen voll. Hygiene - wie über all im Land - eher mangelhaft. Restaurantküche macht da keine Ausnahme. Personal (Koch, Service) waschen nicht die Hände.

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel. Abfluss Dusche defekt

Gutes Hotel. Eigene Villa/ Haus. Ruhig,. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Eigene Küche mit Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Jedoch ging bei uns der Abfluss in der >Dusche nur sehr langsam, so dass wir immer im Duschwasser standen.

Zimmer und Wlan sind gut. Hygiene im Restaurant fraglich. Koch sitzt draußen am Handy und wenn man bestellt wird gekocht. Dabei werden die Hände nicht gewaschen und das Essen wird direkt mit den Händen angefasst. Sehr unappetitlich.

Angenehmes Hotel. Ruhig und sauber. Einheitliche Standards fehlen. Zimmerservice unterschiedlich. Zimmerservice sieht nicht, dass Duschgel fehlt. Manchmal wird bad auch gar nicht gereingt bzw nur oberflächlich. Beim Essen ähnlich: Zwei mal das gleiche an unterschiedlichen Tagen bestellt. Etwas völlig anderes erhalten - in Menge und Aussehen.

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel

Hotel liegt sehr abseits. Dadurch aber sehr ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Check In funktionierte reibungslos und schnell. Die Bilder am Pool entsprechen aber nicht der Wirklichkeit. Es gibt keine Liegen und Handtücher stehen dort auch nicht zur Verfügung. Es wird täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Qualität der Reinigung unterscheidet sich aber je nachdem, wer sie macht. Das reicht von mangelhaft bis befriedigend. Beim Checkin fehlten Seife und Duschgel. Das gab es dann erst am nächsten Tag und in den folgenden Tagen auch recht unregelmäßig - je nachdem, wer den Zimmerservice machte. Das Restaurant ist recht günstig. Ich empfehle das Mie Goreng mit Chicken (Ayam). Frühstücken kann man dort auch - falls nicht gebucht. Es stehen drei Varianten zur Verfügung. Preise um die 50.000 IDR + Tax. Im Zimmer gibt es zudem täglich frisches Wasser (2 x 330ml) und Instant Kaffee + Teebeutel. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Heißwasser der Dusche reicht für 1 Person. Der Boiler muss dann erst wieder neu aufwärmen. Man kann bei der Hitze aber auch mit lauwarmen Wasser duschen.

Die Lage ist ein Stück weit weg von Kuta. Eher ruhig in der Lage. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ist generell etwas ruhiger und optimal für die Surfer im Süden. Mit Roller kommt man gut an die südlichen Strände (zwischenzeitlich alle kostenpflichtig). Für Essen gibt es ein Warung genau gegenüber des Eingangs und links vom EIngang. Supermarkt rechts auf dem Hügel. Räumlichkeiten sind in Ordnung, die Anlage eher ruhig im ganzen.

Great Value for a Comfortable Villa

Stayed here for almost a week as a couple, and it was an overall pleasant stay. There are 2 bedrooms, but we only used the bedroom with the queen bed. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds in it. All rooms have AC that works well. The location is not very good for access to food if you don't have your own transportation - we rented a motorbike from the villa and used that to go into town for supplies and restaurants. You can also download the Go-Jek app and order food and drinks using that, which we did a few times when we didn't have the motorbike. I would recommend renting a motorbike if you plan to stay here so that you can tour all of the southern areas and beaches, and have access to food other than relying on the villa's restaurant, which was pretty good. The space in the villa is large! The family room has a nice little couch in front of the TV, and a dining table. We had an issue with mosquitoes inside the villa the first night and after searching around, we realized it's because the vents in the bathroom are open to the outside! We taped plastic bags over the vents and never had an issue after that. The inside of the villa could be touched up a bit (stains on couch, slight mildew smell coming from twin bedroom-we kept the door closed). The staff brought us breakfast each morning - you get to pick from a menu and they deliver it - breakfast was decent! Would be better if they had a working kitchen in the villa, but overall, a great value to stay here!

nice affordable villa

it's new and we had 2 great nights stay in the villa. however it's abit out of the place. there werent convenient stores. there's a restaurants opposite but it's too costly and only opens at night. so we had to order our dinner/breakfast food from the hotel. food was yummy though! we were happy with the food served at the hotel restaurant after a long day prewedding shoot. we booked the villa as it's really affordable and geographically located to all the famous pantai/beaches such as pandawa beach, melasti beach. we booked a 2 room villas and it was awesome. basic amenities were given however the shower head might need to change to a better one but it's fine. staffs were great but if you had to go to the nearby convenient stores they would provide taxis service but it would be costly. the location was abit out of the way so using grab/uber might take some time. there was once there weren't drivers around the area. if you had to go to pandawa, uber/grab weren't allowed to do business in the beaches. we were only given to drop by into the beach. getting out of the beach had to use their taxis and it's 3-4x most costly than normal taxis charges.

Schönes Hotel mit coolen Villas

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen aber trotzdem ist alles schnell erreichbar. Die Villas sind gross, modern und sauber. Das wi-fi war eines der schnellsten, was ich in Bali gehabt habe, jedoch ist die Rezeption meistens nicht besetzt und man muss 1 bis 2 Minuten warten bis jemand auftaucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt im Umah d'Kampoeng genossen.
