"お部屋のリクエストを予め出すべきと思われます。私が宿泊した部屋は、眺望もなく窓の外に6-7台の室外機が並び、寝る際も室外機の音で夜中に目覚める電子音が続く部屋でした。 また、部屋のドア前にはリネンの大型移動カートが置かれているような、安全上の配慮もリゾート感も全くない部屋でした。 チャックイン後に部屋の変更をリクエストしましたが部屋の変更はしてくれず、せめてドア前の重いカートの移動を伝えましたが、何の対応もしてくれませんでした。ホテルズドットコム経由でこの件を伝え対応をお願いしましたが、それも一切対応してくれませんでした。"

"ホームページに「日本語スタッフが常駐するゲストリレーション ズ、日系ホテルならではのおもてなし」と書かれていたので安心して初グアムを楽しもうと思っていました。 実際は日本語が話せるスタッフがフロントにもゲストリレーションズにもいなかった。 受付の時の保証金？も全く通じず、とても不安を持ちながら過ごすことになってしまいました😣 また、アメニティーもメイクに関するもの(メイク落とし、化粧水、乳液など)日本のホテルでは当たり前にあるものが全くなかったし、販売もしてなかった😥 日本人も多く来るだろうし、日本では当たり前のものならば、少なくても販売ぐらいしてもらいたいなぁって思いました。 きっとグアムでは使わないものなのかもですけどね。 ..."

"Nice enough place for families. Since most amenities are only available from 9-5, it has much less appeal for a business traveler like me. I would have liked to do a short snorkeling or kayak run in the late afternoon but this was not possible."
