The house is located in a quiet area just 2 km from the center of Umag, the natural beach just 600 meters.
The restaurant a few steps from the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a private entrance, a family home in which also the owners who have a docile dog live.
Guests have at their disposal a courtyard, three bicycles for adults and one for children.
The fenced yard offers additional security for guests, their cars and their pets.

The 33 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed where it is possible to add an auxiliary bed for a child, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, terrace at the entrance and private fenced parking.
Near the house there is a gazzebo with barbecue and garden furniture, with a view of the countryside. Here you can relax reading a book in the afternoon or spend your evenings in the open air.
Pets are welcome, maximum one per stay.

In the center to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront there are outdoor equipment to use for free, areas with games for children along the coast. In order to buy it, it is advisable to do a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

Nearby there are various possibilities for recreation: tennis courts, 18-hole golf courses, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat trips or coaches. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars.
