"Spa ayrı bir işletme ve çok dar, spa-otel ilişkisi rahat değil -- dermeçatma. Spa açısından tavsiye etmem. Otelin kendisi temiz, geniş ve ferah çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Ama asansör konusu çok sorunlu (bütün otel ve çalışanlar için tek bir asansör var). İkinci asansör yapıyorlardı, ama spa asansörü bozuktu, soğukta dışarıdan yürüyüp gelmek zorunda kaldık, spada yıkanmış olsak hasta olurduk kesin. Sadece açık havuz var kışları kapalı. Bence kendilerini spa otel olarak tanıtmamalılar, normal...

"Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome. "

"There was no aircon in my room. I only stayed for a few hours to shower and nap while on a long layover. The area for parking is a nightmare. But looks like all of Bursa is. I guess the “free valet” means someone else will go park your car so you don’t have to deal with the nightmare. It’s a difficult place to find if you are a tourist driving on your own. I’m happy I was not staying for the night. "

"Really this hotel should not have been open for booking as they were in the middle of a major rennovation. They did upgrade us to the suite on the top floor but had not taken the bother to clean it and it was very dusty. It does have marvelous views. What also was a big worry, was that there was no obvious fire escape from the top floors and would be a death trap should fire break out. The hotel has obviously seen better days and is in need of a major amount of money spending on it to bring it...
