The Studio provides exceptional peace and tranquility and specially in the summer months, you can enjoy a pleasant shade on the huge terrace. Stay connected with WiFi, which is available the Comfort Studio.
To prepare meals there is a Mini kitchen, complete with a two-burner gas stove, full-size refrigerator and freezer. Guests can comfortably enjoy their meal at the dining table in the terrace for three, while watching the beautiful nature and sun set views.
This Studio is comfortable for families with little children.

Our guests have access to the parking place and garage. The studio apartment has a large balcony which allows you to relax and enjoy the sunny weather of Ulcinj

I live on the floor above the apartment and I'm there for you to help if a problem arises or if you need some friendly advice.

The neighborhood

Located in the very heart of the popular Ulcinj, just a few minutes walk from the first pebble beach, Apartments „Lungo Mare“ invites you to discover the beauty of the Mediterranean, spacious new renovated Studios, a beautiful botanical park with an intoxicating scent of the nearby pine trees street.

Getting around

Apartment Lungo Mare are easy to find. It is located near the most attractive Rocky beaches in Ulcinj and it is surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of nature, pine tree forest and sun set views which are unique to this city. The House is surrounded by an extremely characteristic and quiet area.
A restaurant and grocery store are all a short walk away. Less than 15 min by walk you will find the most attractive beaches!
If Little Beach isn't your thing, you can continue your stroll by heading south. You'll find plenty of incredible viewpoints for photos on your way down the rocky coastline.Then, simply follow your ears toward the thumping bassline of the many beachside clubs. These aren't so much beaches, but decks and diving platforms built out over the water on an otherwise rocky cliff. They vary in size and music selection, but the people watching is guaranteed to be gold no matter which you choose. My favorite is Aquarius Beach Club which offeres cabanas, dance floors, a bar, and plenty of young energetic people looking for a good time.Continuing along the coast, you'll stumble upon a beach club specifically for the ladies, er, Ladies Beach. This hidden alcove is reserved for baring it all, free from judgment, free from insecurity, and most importantly, free from creepy old men's lingering eyeballs. If you're really ambitious and want to continue walking the coastline, a footpath will lead you on a forty-five-minute trek to the lovely strip of sand known as Long Beach.Finally, in the direction opposite the beaches I've just listed, accessible by bike or car (walking not recommended) you can find Valdanos Beach, a rather Greek looking rocky beach surrounded by 800-year-old olive trees. The drive to get there is quite picturesque, but unlike the other beaches, activities are limited to swimming and drinking beer. There is a restaurant on-site, and using a chair for the day will cost you 5€.
Ulcinj has a Stari Grad (old town) that may not be as well-preserved as others around the Balkans, but it leaves nothing to be desired in the way of incredible views.
I found myself meandering its narrow streets one evening just before sunset and got a glimpse into life as it was long ago, in simpler times.
When the sun finally said goodnight, I was treated to a spectacular blue hour that I just couldn't tear myself away from. I found peace sitting on the stones at the base of the Stari Grad walls, peering across the marina to the city, losing myself in thought as my eyes drifted back toward the blue nothingness stretching beyond the sea.

Other things to note

The apartment is equipped with the wooden doors, parquet and marble floor and brand new windows. The parking is included by site and free if charge. The beautiful outdoor area with pin trees and sea views is the perfect place to relax and joy.
Modern and stylish apartment is fit perfectly to the couples as well as to the groups of families.
Check-in is after 11AM
Every guest is obligated to pay the city tax and insurance per day .
When leaving the hotel, please keep the room key with you.
Do not leave the air conditioner running when leaving the room.
Guests should be friendly and quiet during their stay.
Try not to make too much noise after 11 pm.
Please, leave the keys on the floor above before departure.
Check out is at 10:00 but you can leave your luggage whole day if necessary.
