"The location of TSA on the Msasani Peninsula is ideal for exploring Slipway, taking the ferry to Mongoyo Island, dive trips, Coco Beach, restaurants, shopping. "Great stay at Fig Tree residences. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast with a range of options like greek yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet connection. There's also a gym with a decent selection of equipment."

"The only good thing about this property is Charles, the housekeeper. The house is located Madale, a poor area of Dar. The BOLT could not find it on the GPS. We had to walk to the main road through mud and dirt. It is more than an hours ride to get anywhere worth going- food, night life, ferry, etc.There is no hot tub. Loud music played outside most nights, it is not a quiet area. The host informed us of additional charges three days after we arrived. I never saw these charges on the app. The...

"We arrived at the property but were unable to get a proper address or access code.We were unable to contact the property owner at all and neither could the VRBO representative I contacted to assist us. We had to find alternative accommodation which was very inconvenient and frustrating. We felt like we had been scammed!!Do not reserve this property!!!"
