We didn't use any A/C. Parking was ok. The problem we had was the metal support at the center of our bed mattress. They need foam bumpers. We hit our toes a few times.

The hot tub was dirty and stinky! The house was clean and had lots of sleeping spaces. The game room was a little misleading, but we did enjoy the stay.
