"Our stay was very comfortable and effortless. The town of Ucluelet suited us. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed exploring the shops and cafes there. The walks were fabulous and we especially liked the lighthouse loop. The best part was coming back to our comfortable accommodation and having our own outdoor spa. We like self-catering and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts, Marilyn and Lance, were great and readily available if needed."

"A great location south of town right on the ocean. Very rustic and right beside a hiking trail along the ocean you can walk for miles enjoying the forest and ocean. "

The location is beautiful, our favourite place in BC - beautiful beach and gorgeous trails right outside our door. Our hot tub was very much enjoyed in the stormy weather, and it was an extra treat to see the two eagles sitting beside their nest right above us. "

"The view is absolutely stunning and the hot tub is a bonus, just wish the tv in the living room would be in the bedroom as the couch is not comfortable and so we struggled watching something after a long day outside. Otherwise, really great place. Would def recommend."

"We loved it! Watching the sealions and bald eagles from the cabin was magical. The cabin was so comfortable - it had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed doing the lighthouse loop walk from the canin, along with the hot springs cove tour. "

"We loved our stay at “El Faro”. The location was perfect- close to trails and an easy drive to the centre of town. The suite was super clean. It was cosy but so well organized with all we needed and more- a kitchenette, bathroom, desk/ eating table, comfy bed, fireplace, swim towels, games. The extra touches of chocolates, Ucluelet teas and eco friendly bath and kitchen soaps were lovely! We really felt like this was our home away from home. Only issues we had were the beds were all extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows in the master were also too firm to sleep with comfortably so none of us slept well. The layout was great and we did really enjoy our stay overall and the property was well kept and very clean. Thank you!"
