"This hotel is great. Very roomy. Comfy bed. We walked to the cute downtown area for dinner."

"It was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets...

"Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed."

The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

"Im not a fan of pet friendly hotels and there was a barking dog at check in with a very stressed owner yelling at it. The staff was very professional and hotel was quite clean so I gave it a good review as I had a great stay."

"Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

"The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. "Very clean room,good breakfast, staff was nice but they shouldn't be smoking and vaping right outside the front door, very unprofessional. Also, there were either 3 teenagers or very young 20s males across the hall that probably slammed their door 50 to 75 times in 2 hours. We didn't wanna complain because we didn't know what they might do. They didn't look like the best character. It was okay for one night , but probably would find a different option next time.
