"The suit says it sleeps 5. The room had 1 bed that sleeps and 1 pullout couch that sleeps 1. Thankfully I only had 3 people in my stay. I do not know where they expect the other two to sleep."

"Overall felt safe, clean environment, and slept well. Hot shower and cold AC. The elevator did not seem very sturdy but it worked & the ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work. The breakfast was good, however since it was busy the food ran out the employees did their best to replenish the food. We wouldn’t mind staying again, especially for the price."

"The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean."

A lot of humidity in the room and it seemed damp. Went down once to ask a question to the person working the front desk - nowhere to be found. "Great hotel with perfect accommodations. Visiting from Miami, Fl and being used to warm/hot weather, the indoor pool was a big plus for the kids. I don't think we could enjoy an outside pool in June in West Virginia. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the full breakfast being available in the morning made it even better. Checkout at 12pm is standard which also made for a pleasant trip! I'd recommend for families for sure!"

"While I appreciated the Embassy now has free breakfast with omelet station I was disappointed in the overall quality that this facility had over the years There was a new valet system being initiated and it was chaos as well as the female valets ignoring you or being rude Also I didn’t realize how many stores and restaurants were not convenient since the major decline of downtown Southridge will have my business from now on"

"The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast."
