Front Bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, closet & ceiling fan.  Inviting, fully equipped, open Kitchen is ideal for entertaining or cooking in.  Open floor plan & large ocean front patio invites you, friends and family to gather, relax and enjoy.

In unit small load washer/dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Linen's, bath towels and YES - beach towels are included.  Free Internet WiFi is available for guest use. Easy Elevator access- Quiet 3rd floor location with wonderful direct view of beautiful Tybee beach from spacious balcony. Relax on the balcony while watching the amazing cargo ships sail past.... fishing trawlers and passing dolphins are also part of the ever changing view!

Lighthouse Point is private with a gated entrance and offers 2 pools, a kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts and direct beach access. We hope you enjoy our condo and your stay on Tybee Island.

You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this unit - proof of ID required. No Smoking, Fire Arms or Pet's allowed.

The ONLY elevator in the complex services your unit (31C). It can be found to the right of parking space, just past the staircase, around the corner on right. There you will also find luggage carts for your convenience- please return after you’ve unloaded your gear.

I have stayed in this condo twice before. We always enjoy our time here. Love the views ! As a senior, the elevator is a must have.Will be planning to come again.

Magical

Property was family friendly,short walk to the beach, clean and fairly quiet. Loved the quieter northside of the island. Lots of ships to watch, great beach combing- we found a ton of shells! Highlight was swimming with dolphins- they came within 50 yards of us right in front of the condo and we got to hang with them in the water. We would stay here again for sure. We didnt really have any issues per se, but the welcome packet is a bit confusing because it says you need pool passes but I guess you really dont? It also says there is a remote for the gate to the community but there wasnt. The tv in the living room has a weird flicker to it when we tried to watch movies at night, a bit hard on the eyes. Overall this place was awesome though.

Came back for more on Tybee Island

Another great vacation in Tybee. We were here last year for only 2 days in April and came back again this year and stayed for 4 days. Condo was very clean and great location. Loved sitting on the big balcony and walked around the neighborhood and visited the Lighthouse and restaurants. My granddaughter loved the pools and we spent lots of time there. Very peaceful and the weather was perfect. Hope to come back again.

Great location

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We went during the off season so only a few families on the complex grounds and the pool to ourselves.The only complaints we have about the property was the heating/cooling vent fan was a little louder than we are used to.

Nice Condo by the Light House

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway in Tybee, so I chose this condo for its location and large balcony.The condo is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Would love to stay again.

Furnishings minimal but worked

This unit has a wonderful view of the beach and easy access. We loved that there was an elevator and parking for two cars. The beach was not crowded and we loved looking for shells. There is a lot to see and do nearby also. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but the dining table was not large enough for 6 people (for which there is sleeping) and the water pressure was poor. The water also had a bad smell and taste. We felt the furnishings were poorly matched and paint was chipping off kitchen table. We might try another place next time.

Great first trip to Tybee!

The condo was perfect for our family’s first trip to Tybee Island. It’s a small walk to the beach but it was very hot so the elevator access was huge! Very easy check in, great pool access, and a beautiful view! We loved it and hope to return!

Best location on island. Nice property, unit, and views. Bill was a great host. We had a small complaint and didn’t tell Bill until we left but I know if we would’ve told him during our stay he would’ve addressed it. If we visit Tybee again, we wouldn’t want to stay at any other property.

Seas The Day

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Seas Rhw Day on Tybee. We enjoyed watching the ships from the ocean view balcony. The condo was well equipped and very peaceful to be in. Bill responded very quickly to questions! We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location on Tybee!

We were only here for 2 days but we loved sitting on the balcony and had a great view of beach. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Pool was warm enough for my granddaughter to swim and we enjoyed watching the turtles by the pool. Good location and very peaceful. We come to Tybee every year in April and came in a few days earlier and glad we came here. Hope to come back!

Great location for families!

We had a great time at this location! It had great views of the beach. The elevator was convenient for tired kids. For people traveling with kids, the north side of the island was significantly more quiet, with wide open beaches.

The property is perfectly located with beautiful views, peaceful, setting, easy access to the beach, and close proximity to all that Tybee Island has to offer. I would highly recommend, we are hoping to be back here again soon!
