Disfrute de unas tranquilas vacaciones en la playa desde Bay View Villa 106 (anteriormente conocida como Playa y Raqueta C106). Este condominio de tres dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en el primer piso, con un balcón privado donde se puede ver la bahía, justo sobre las dunas protegidas. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de increíbles amaneceres e impresionantes puestas de sol desde la playa semiprivada. Fácil acceso a la playa está disponible para los huéspedes que residen en este edificio. Relájese y tome el sol en la piscina privada del complejo cerrado, mientras respira el aire fresco del océano. A los huéspedes les encantarán los toques profesionales y la decoración de este condominio recientemente renovado.

La sala de estar le recibe con una gran cantidad de luz natural que entra por el gran ventanal y desde la puerta corredera de vidrio que conduce al balcón amueblado de la esquina. Disfrute de las comidas juntos en la mesa con capacidad para 5 personas, con asientos en el bar para hasta 4 personas. Hay mucho espacio para preparar y servir en la cocina abierta y en el área de la barra de desayuno. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con todas las encimeras y electrodomésticos nuevos, incluida una cafetera Keurig. Este condominio ofrece todos los lujos y comodidades del hogar, que incluyen un cuarto de lavado separado con una lavadora y secadora grandes.

Bay View Villas está ubicado en el tranquilo extremo norte de Tybee Island, directamente en la bahía donde el río Savannah se encuentra con el océano Atlántico. Hay una hermosa zona de playa con olas tranquilas, un lugar perfecto para observar a los delfines y los barcos que llegan a puerto. The photos are misleading, as the vegetation is overgrown and you can’t really see the bay. Mosquitoes are bad around the bay. But we enjoyed our stay for the most part and the pool was very nice!

The apartment was great - lots of room for the six of us to spread out and have our own spaces. The kitchen was exactly what we needed so we did not need to have all our meals "out." The proximity to the beach was amazing. Some areas were a little more worn (second bathroom), but some looked very recently refreshed (primary suite). Facility management was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

Our condo had bed bugs. When we brought it to the rentals companies attention they were not helpful. Still haven’t called us back. We left early bc of it. They did not offer to relocate us so we could enjoy our vacay. And they still have not called us or emailed us to make this situation right!

Great spring break trip

We had a great few days on spring break. The property was neat, in a great location, and close to parking, beach and pool! The condo could have been a little cleaner with better appliances, but otherwise great for us! Would love to come back to Tybee Island soon!

Plenty of space and good views

The condo had plenty of space for everyone and all of the appliances worked well. I wish the listing was more clear about the ocean view on the first floor being very much blocked by the dunes. Pool hours listed are not correct. Overall we had a good time and would stay on the property again.

Almost perfect

The property was exactly as described. The images were a direct depiction of what to expect. The location and neighborhood were exactly what I wanted. My problem with this stay was the cleanliness of the home. It was not cleaned or should I say, they did not finish cleaning it prior to my arrival. One of the bathrooms still had a used towel on the side of the bathtub along with hair in it. There was hair in the drains of both bathrooms. Documents from prior guests with their name and travel info was still beside the tv. The floors were not swept. Once I actually walked through the property, I would not be surprised if all they did was brought in new towels and linens and left the room and changed the trash because the trash bags were sitting at the dining room table. Needless to say, we spent very little time there after that. Those cleaning fees were a waste of money. This was the first time I had stayed somewhere and did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes on even in the shower. This was my first time staying at this property and if it had actually been cleaned it would have been a perfect trip.

We had a great time. The kids loved the spaciousness of the condo and the quick walk to the beach or pool. When not at the beach we enjoyed the Tennis Courts.

It’s bay front not ocean, ants ants ants, expect no view and to see everyone shower by pool

to start there is no way into the community without a gate key, having family traveling from out of state and us traveling from fl, it was a pain to coordinate who had gate key when, they should accommodate 2 keys per unit. the view is dune facing with overgrown trees going into unit, you are on the end by the pool shower so no privacy at all, you get a view of the walkway to the ocean and trees. speaking of the ocean, it’s more of a bay, expect ants galore on the beach, i’ve never seen so many ants, high tide is high tide you lose 12-20 feet of beach when it’s high tide, the water is brown so don’t expect to see anything. you will see fish jumping and dolphins in the distance. as far as the condo, day 2/3 the washing machine in unit broke, we called tybee vacation rentals they said they were working on and sending vendor they never arrived. the condo had mold in showers, spare bathroom tub was slow to drain and we found alive and dead roaches. this place is 1-2 stars max, the description is misleading. tybee is a quiet town, the food mediocre, we did go on a awesome boat tour at bull marina ( highlight of trip) The pool was small and crowded for as many condos there are, and the pool chairs need replaced they are rusted and old and falling apart. It was not the worst experience but it wasn’t the best, i will not be returning or recommending .

Lovely with a few issues

Traveled with my in laws , our teen and toddler. The location was great. It was easy to get to the beach, pool. The living room and dinning room did not have enough space for everyone (6 of us) to sit comfortably together. Though the living room chairs were the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Also the beds were very comfortable. The TV in the living room and master bedroom did not work right. That irritated some family members, but I did not mind the quiet. Kitchen was well equiped. Pool are was really nice.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at our condo. The initial check in was a little confusing as the direction from the office told us to turn right and it should have been left. Also, there is no clear marking of the building letters. Our condo was clean but a little dated. Our one and only hair dryer did not work. Location was nice being away from the main downtown area. Beach was clean and never crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this again.

Lovely place

This is a very nice property, "beachily" furnished, directly on the water. The pictures are a little deceptive in that the water view is obstructed by greenery which could easily be trimmed back. The beach was very uncrowded. Neighboring tenants were nice. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Shower in master was very small but there was a nice jacuzzi tub there also. We had a great family get-away and would love to come again.

Great stay

The only complaint we have was the master tv wasn’t a smart tv, and the master bed and pillows were not comfy at all. But other than that we had a great time at the beach and pool and of course Huckapoos!

Perfect Home Away

Besides being only a few yards from the beach, the condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean! Overall, the Tybee Vacation Rentals Company was outstanding and very helpful. I am very thankful for such a great rental company. The condo was a nice size with a nice view! I was happy to be able to see the sunsets. There was a nice breeze when the doors were open, and the sight was naturally peaceful towards the ocean and dunes. A palmtree welcomed the nice breezes as well. This north side of the island was calm, while the south end of the island provided many restaurants , entertainment, and shops. Tybean Coffee is about a 7-8 minute walk and is a fun little area to look around. We would definitely stay here again or any rental with Tybee Vacation Rentals.
