"Terrible experience, would never stay here again. The room was extremely small, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, causing us severe back pain throughout our 4-day stay. The overall services were very poor. "My stay at the JW Marriott Hong Kong was more than present. I stayed nine nights and my wife and I had a wonderful time. Staff were super helpful on various thing. The location is the best, it is directly connected to a mall which is connected to the Hong Kong Subway system. Visiting during summer time the heat and rain became none issue. For sure will recommend to friends and family when they visit Hong Kong."

"Clean, relatively spacious (for Hong Kong) room near Lan Kwai Fong and Central Station. Amenities are in lobby for guests to pick up; they're not in the room. The big negative here: the noise. It's located in the middle of an area with loud nightlife, which I heard even on the 15th floor. Ear plugs are supplied, but I'd never stay here again because of the noise. Maybe it's better on a higher floor?"
