"Most of the staff were very friendly- this is a very very busy hotel. It is exceptioinally clean and the rooms are nice and have plenty of room. Our water pressure wasn't great and the water softeners are a bit much but other than that it was a great stay"

"Stay away from this property! It is basically a motel sold as hotel. We paid $4,000 for two rooms for four nights. I was surprised to see how it looked in person. Not what I’d expect for $500 a night. I live in a major city so I’m not shy of big city pricing. But this was a motel. Don’t say your a hotel.
During the last two nights of our stay the HVAC system began to have a loud high pitched humming that reverberated through both our rooms and made it impossible to sleep even with ear...

"Upon arrival we were “checked in” a wrong room that already had a guest in it. After going back to the front desk, they checked us in a room that was less than what we originally booked. No view (we paid extra for the view), very dirty and with a much smaller bathroom. Probably why they don’t have any pictures of bathroom advertised. After going back to the front desk for the third time we were assured that Tomorrow we would get an upgraded room by the manager and that our luggage would be...

"The hotel was hoppin'! Loads of people coming and going...lots of positive vibes. The restaurants are GREAT, so are the bars. The Colquette(?), restaurant on the main floor was fabulous, as was the staff. Special shout out to Jesus and Isabella at the bar. ❤️❤️
The drawback is that the rooms were very small with a funky shower/toilet set up. No dresser or closet, very little room to move around. We were in the Artist Loft tower, maybe there are bigger rooms in other parts of the hotel."
