"Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. "I booked this property for our family of 4 (2 adults, 14 year old and 4 year old). We stayed for approximately 10 days.Initially I was reluctant to book due to the property not having any reviews. I am so glad that I took a chance and we booked here. The location was great. The property was so spacious and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommended this stay and will certainly be back again. "

"The property and staff were just FANTASTIC!! This little property is perfect in every way! Beds were comfortable. A/C was very cool. Kitchen was equipped - cleaning service was provided. "I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...
