The spacious bathroom was very charming with its vintage tile. The room had plenty of space and the private outdoor area and fountain were the icing on the cake. "It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

"Lovely setting, very friendly staff, and large spacious clean rooms. Outside common areas need to be spruced up. Outside walls, columns, stairwells and entry areas to rooms need pressure washing. "
