My ONLY complaint was to no fault of the hotel, the room above us was very noisy with kids jumping into very late hours of the night interrupting our sleep. The staff were helpful when we approached them giving us a couple options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!"

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

"This hotel is in a transition period and it is coming along very nicely. When walking into the lobby, you feel welcomed and it looks great. I love the breakfast nook where the food is in a separate room. I do wish that they would add grits, bacon and biscuits to their breakfast. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The refrigerator was so cold that it froze what we put in it. There was the smell of food on our floor which only made us hungry. "Checked in and the room was nice and clean until I went into the restroom and it was flooded...it was the water line connected to the toilet and instead of them fixing it they just turned the water valve off that supplied the water to the toilet. Other than that the stay was good. Do better on your maintenance!"
