"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property.
I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance.
I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"

"Thai is a nice place. The only issue with my unit is that was on the first floor facing the st. Therefore it was a bit noisy at night. But I know they have other units more quite. Good AC, clean apartment, nice looking. Very helpful staff, kitchen was good. "

"This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The place has nothing to do with the photo. I was in a dangerous situation, received no help from Expedia, and no response from the host. All the good service I had received up to that point was thrown away in this terrible mess Expedia put me in."

"O apartamento é aconchegante, limpo e com uma cama grande e extremamente confortável. Não tivemos problemas com água quente que era fundamental nos dias frios. Para uma família com criança vai acomodar bem tanto na cama de casal quanto no sofá. O sofá talvez não seja muito confortável para um adulto mas pode atender quem não for muito grande. A localização é perfeita: Mercados, Hortifruti, farmácias, loja de câmbio honesta e bairro Chinês muito próximos. Apesar se estar uma avenida movimentada é...
