"Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper."

"I reserved a room with partial ocean view I was given a room on the 1st floor where the view was blocked by a tent asked if higher floor was available was told yes for 42.00 more i was not happy about that especially since there was many rooms available Thursday night I traveled all the way there to look at a tent not happy. "The room we stayed in everything was rusted. The drain was leak leaking the garbage disposal smelt like sewage and was underwater so you couldn’t even put your garbage in the disposal. Our chairs out in the patio were rusted, the floor was dirty, we don’t have enough towels for the stay, no room service, never got our codes for the door, entering the door was terrible, rating this hotel as a 0. "The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also...

Elderly mother couldn't walk around there, roaches in room, no cold water, shower falling apart, nothing like the photos or the room I reserved. Remotes did not work.
