"Outstanding hotel! Super nice staff, wonderful sleek design and lots of amenities (gym 24/7, water and coffee machines, mini fridge, restaurant and bar). Such a pleasant stay, we couldn't wish for anything better! We are travelling with a toddler and they had a nice place in the back to offload a car and you can then either do valet ($30) or do street parking (free 7pm-9am). Also walking distance to so many bars and restaurants!"

"Directions for parking and entry were easy to follow. Room was large, clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Coffee was good. Would definitely recommend. "

"Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise."

"Beautiful property and rooms, Bar/Restaurant was excellent with complementary wine/beer and appetizers our second night for a special event they were having with guests invited, Staff was very friendly with helpful information on area sites. Breakfast was amazing with a wide array of items to choose from. You could having a light breakfast with fruit, muffin or bagel to having a large full breakfast with eggs,meats and potatoes Will be traveling to Fort Lauderdale next and will be staying...

"The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432."

"Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great."

"Room/building was clean and modern. Parking wasn't sufficient for a full hotel. Breakfast was fine - fairly typical hotel buffet. Bad experience checking in. Due to short cleaning staff and some issues with a large number of guests leaving at the same time, rooms weren't ready at 3pm checking. The lobby and restaurant was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. Other than that, all was good. Within walking distance to Colonial Arena."

"I was very disappointed as my friend Ian’s I had adjoining rooms, a king and a 2 queen. I was staying a day later than her and for some reason the staff could not give me the double and her the king. I stayed in the double and was forced to switch for my last night. I left a sweatshirt on the bed (absolutely positive) in the double and alerted the front desk that same day. The room had been serviced but no sweatshirt was returned. It did not disappear on its own but minimal effort was made to...

"Old room, small but clean"

"The towel bar on the shower was not connected on one side- there were maintenance issues that needed addressed and an extension cord with lights plugged in laying in the floor. It was clean but appears they need to do some maintenance to the rooms."
