"Our family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up, including dishwasher soap, washer and dryer with laundry soap was also appreciated! Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for more towels- and same were easily accessible to us on site. Coffee maker wasn’t great so we picked up some instant coffee at the nearby market. The area was safe with lots of places...

"Beautiful 4th level apartment (with lift). Immaculate with nice balcony. Easy communication for check in and check out. Would love to return and stay again. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by our choice in picking a hotel in Reykjavík! All the staff we interacted with were polite, competent, and efficient. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty! I’d definitely recommend the Storm Hotel, and would stay there again. "

"Automatic doors on building are helpful. Outside front door of building locks on evening for safety, inside front door is always locked. Key pads make it super easy to get in and out. Nice big elevators. Unfortunately, the hallway on our floor smelled like smoke but I imagine it was one person breaking rules. Room was big, clean, has everything we needed, except it would have been helpful to have a few more towels/wash cloths. Would definitely stay here again."

"Easy parking and within walking distance of the city center. Had some difficulty communicating with the property owner leading up to check in but everything worked out in the end. "

"Location location location!!! This place is so close to downtown..you can see the Hallgrimskirkja from your room! Walking distance to the bay. Around 10 min walk to the main downtown. The food hall is next door! Breakfast is amazing! Staff are super friendly and super helpful! You will have a kettle with coffee and tea. Downside; parking! There's only about 12 cars can park in the back and 5 on the side of the hotel. However you can still park of the street. The walls on this hotel are thin so...

"The family running the guest house was so kind and helpful. The two children were delightful. Busy and active but very respectful and inquisitive at the same time. Although not the Ritz Carlton, the guesthouse was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay again."
