One of the best experiences! staff are super friendly and helpful! the hotel is cute, clean, quite and private! The breakfast we had were also very good quality! The hotel is not by the beach but you can easily access to the beach cross the street. The location is great! close to beach but quite. We enjoyed all three nights we stayed there! definitely recommend!

Great hotel, jungle style. The beach is right across the street, you stay in the chain hotels (they have towels and beach service). The food is great! Rooms is more in the romantic/cozy style, lightning is more into some dark mood, but not a problem if you're into that! Service is great, people eager to be gentle and help you out. The bikes (free) are excelent. We liked a lot and do recomend.

So peaceful. The room was spacious and elegant. Some might find it a bit dimly lit, but I liked getting away from the bright lights. The property is quiet at night and feels light a sanctuary. Its sister properties encanta - directly across the street, and nest a little ways down the street with some peaceful corners to sit out sleep in a hammock, are both connected to the beach and you can go over any time. There is a staircase leading into the property, so be aware of you have mobility issues. The staff was attentive, kind, and very informative. Melissa is particular spent time chatting and helping us choose where to eat and what to do. Nu is right next door, but I found Hartwood (get the beet!) and Wild so much more delicious. I'd skip the alcoholic drinks. Nothing spectacular to them. Spend an afternoon at the Cenote grande swimming and relaxing in a hammock.

Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!

One of the BEST hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Service is unparalleled and the whole hotel vibe is magical. Loved the pool, the breakfast, and every aspect of our stay. We celebrated a birthday while staying here and their staff really went above and beyond to make it feel special.

I spent my 30th birthday at the Radhoo Tulum at the end of July/ early August and I had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the 24hr pool was perfect for a night swim! We had such a wonderful experience at Radhoo. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the complimentary side breakfast every morning — yogurt, fresh bread, juices, and coffee. It was such a lovely touch and made our mornings feel relaxed and special. The food at the hotel overall was also incredible. We also really appreciated being able to use their bikes for free to explore the hotel zones. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk was happy to call one for us right away. Overall, Radhoo felt like a peaceful, beautifully run place with amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

AMAAAZING! My husband and I had the best experience at Radhoo. The service was just like no other vacation we have been on. First off the place is absolutely beautiful, and very romantic. The staff was so nice and pleasant. And when I say whatever you may need or want they will provide for you in the most convenient way. It has a sister property right across the street where we were able to spend time beach side. Its like you get two in one, serenity in the jungle and relaxation at the beach. And the food and drinks was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again!
