Important: Due to seasonal weather conditions in Tulum, particularly during the rainy season (June to October), occasional power fluctuations or temporary outages may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.
Guest Access:
You’ll have self check-in through a secure smartlock located at the entrance of the property. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival, making it easy to check in at your convenience no need to coordinate with anyone in person.
This gives you flexibility, privacy, and a smooth arrival experience, even if you arrive late or outside standard hours.

The BBQ area is available for guest use but requires prior reservation through the building administration. Availability is subject to scheduling, so we recommend requesting access in advance if you plan to use it during your stay.
