The property is truly beautiful and very well maintained—our room was spotless and the overall environment felt peaceful and welcoming. That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite match what was advertised. For example, the website mentions partnerships with nearby beach clubs and on-site bike rentals, but when we asked the front desk, they seemed surprised by those claims and let us know those partnerships don’t exist. The hotel is also a bit farther from the beach than we expected, and it’s not the easiest walk or ride.
The dining experience was hit or miss. While the menu had a decent variety, the food didn’t quite meet expectations and service could be slow at times. Still, the setting itself is lovely, and with a few updates and clearer communication, this could easily be a standout stay.
