Jonathan at the front desk was an absolute gem. His friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care for our experience made us feel truly welcome. Anda was just as wonderful—always checking in to see how we were doing, making sure our stay was going smoothly, and adding such a personal touch to our interactions. Both Jonathan and Anda were the epitome of excellent customer service.
Our breakfasts were made even more enjoyable thanks to Andres, who was our waiter each morning and also when we spent time at the beachfront.
