Main floor: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, workspace, covered porch + patio.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (3 total beds), 1 full bathroom, second living room(with pull out couch), additional workspace.

Perfect for work or play — whether you’re hosting family dinners, logging in for meetings, or watching movies in one of the living rooms, La Fleur gives you room to do it all.

Whole house and fully fenced backyard. Garage is also available.

This is a quiet, close knit and family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors. Drive slow. Respect quiet hours.

Pool hours are 10am to 10pm. Please respect this. Closed Mondays. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

-Please drive no faster than 20 mph in the neighborhood. This is a small, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with small children playing.
-No trailers or machinery can be parked on the street
