We found bugs in both the beds in the 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of the carriage house. We left for a different hotel.

Too many good things to mention...

We had a wonderful experience at Harwelden Mansion. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. The facility and services were top notch. Very comfortable, but elegant, making the guests feel truly pampered and special. Our breakfast was really delicious too.

The property grounds are impeccably landscaped, the grand home meticulously renovated to an updated grandeur. Truly an amazing experience, a beautiful place to stay, from the moment I arrived to the moment I sadly had to leave and say good-bye. Everything was just right!

Absolutely lovely on every level! A gem in the middle of Tulsa. We had the bottom floor of the carriage house & it was just pretty perfect. Amenities are generous & thoughtful. I cant always afford a place like this but when i can, this is where i will stay in Tulsa. Cheers!

This hidden gem is a must visit when in Tulsa!

I was looking for a place in Tulsa to both watch the July 4th fireworks display and spend the night with some friends and family. I found the Harwelden Mansion to be directly across the street and booked one night for seven people. Teresa, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating. The rooms, house and grounds are absolutely stunning and Teresa’s attention to detail during the recent renovation has brought the home back to its former glory. She provided us with a detailed tour of the main house with her intimate knowledge of the Harwell family and the mansion. That evening the fireworks were amazing and we couldn’t have hoped for a better view. The bedrooms are spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning with Teresa and learned of her love of music and for preserving historical buildings. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue for your wedding, an event or for a wonderful place to spend an evening in Tulsa, the Harwelden Mansion should be your destination.

We had a fantastic stay at Harwelden in the Sycamore Suite. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, even leaving a special gift for our daughter in the room. The grounds are beautiful and the house is immaculately restored. There are many common areas of the house open to all guests, from a cozy listening room downstairs to a game room on the third floor perfect for kids. I also sincerely appreciate that the hotel does not charge for every little thing, which is far too often what higher-end hotels do. Instead, everything is included, from parking to breakfast to anything stocked in the mini fridge in the room or even the wet bar on the second floor. Overall, it is a wonderful property, perfect for a special occasion.

This property is a hidden gem in Tulsa! I stayed with a friend for a relaxing girls getaway. I cannot rave enough about the exemplary accommodations, the welcoming hospitality of the staff, and the attention to detail that makes a trip special in a personal way. This is a stunning venue!
