"Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. "I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "
