"Sama hotel was a great place to stay!! Especially for the price. We were a bit concerned when we entered the building as going up the stairs seemed a bit sketchy but the floor the hotel is on is great! They have their own elevator too which made it convenient for avoiding the stairs. The room was clean and spacious, balcony was nice. "This hotel is a great surprise! The location is minutes from the Egyptian Museum but it's hard to find because the name is not outside the building (you enter a doorway to Museum Plaza Hostel and it's on the 4th floor). So clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. A bit noisy because of location (where is quiet in Cairo!) perfect base to explore Downtown Cairo. As I was leaving before breakfast, they offered me a breakfast box. I recommend."

"Excellent breakfast outside next to the hotel, very clean rooms, 4 restaurants just inside the property with terasse outside, not too expensive $150 US breakfast included a nice basket of fruits upon arrival and a large bottle of water. 15 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes to the Sohynx and Keopsand the Grand Museum. 3 minutes walking to reach the Metro. "Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay.
