Make yourself at home in this 1-bedroom Catalina hill top retreat only one mile from the foothills of the Catalina mountains. This enjoyable cottage is on a full acre, has a horse corral, features 1 queen bed, 1 and half bathrooms with one bathtub and shower, and essential amenities like a washing machine, clothes dryer, dish washer, hair dryer, heat pump and WiFi. Hiking trails and equestrian trails start across the road from the cottage and, if you up to it, 11 h later you can be on the top of 9,000 ft Ms. Mt. Sara Lemmon. The serenity of our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Catalina or just plain sitting around dousing stress. When clouds are around, sunsets and sunrises are memorable. This is horsey country; bring your horse if you got one! We got dirt roads! And that's what makes it SO quiet.

The entire property is amazing . Wonderful views that surround it all with breathtaking mountains surrounding the entire area. The bed is comfortable the living area very spacious. The kitchen has literally everything one needs to cook and bake. Art and Judy are phenomenal hosts. Any questions are answered and they are the sweetest couple I've ever encountered on my many stays at different locations. The location is also wonderful as there is shopping and restaurants within a cars ride closer than I expected. All in all we had an awesome time and I will definitely book again . Thank you to the hosts to provide such a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. I could go on and on , just a fantastic place to stay.

If you are looking for scenic views of the Oro Valley and Mt Lemmon this is the place to stay. This place is on the top of a hill above Catilina and has an outstanding 360 degree view of the surrounding area. The house is well supplied and very comfortable. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. You do have to drive up a dirt road to get to this place but it is well maintained so that was not a problem. Just make sure you have good directions to the address as my GPS couldn't find the address correctly. I really enjoyed just sitting on the porch enjoying the views. So if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind I highly recommend this house.

The views surrounding the area were wonderful at any time of day or night. Sunsets and star gazing especially great. The home was very comfortable with a large living area with comfortable leather couches. Location was remote but dirt road was graded and of no problem. We would stay again . Peg and Ron

Art and Judy were extremely nice people. The cottage was very well equipped and had comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating outside with wonderful views of the desert and mountains. We appreciated their hospitality and had some nice chats with them. If you like hiking this is a great place to be and if you like just sitting around and relaxing in the quiet this is perfect

This property was absolutely stunning! The house itself is well decorated and clean. The views are out of this world! I enjoyed watching the birds in the morning while I ate breakfast. Very quiet area. I will say that it would be best to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle since the neighborhood is on dirt roads. I have a Rav 4 and it was perfectly fine. The hosts are so welcoming and kind. I will 100% go back.
