Easy access to #TheLoop, Tucson’s bike trail that follows the CDO Wash and goes all the way to Tucson’s vibrant east side.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, a pool table, multiple smart TVs, a fireplace, an outdoor fire lounge, a coffee bar, and a fully stocked kitchen. An HOA pool and spa is available for smaller groups of 8 or fewer (see house rules).

Exterior: Enter your desert retreat in a nice upscale suburban neighborhood with well kept homes. The neighborhood is adjacent to open desert and it is common to see and hear javelina (a large desert pig), jackrabbits, cactus wrens, quail, coyotes, and even bobcats. Our backyard features oleander trees for added privacy and a shade tree and a propane fire pit (guests must refill propane if it is empty). The backyard has unobstructed stunning mountain views of Pusch Ridge, and backs up directly to CDO wash, which has water in it occasionally. A gate in the yard provides desert access so you can cut through quickly to Lambert Riverfront Park. Desert landscaping in the area includes Sagauros, Misquite, Palo Verde, Prickly Pear, and Cholla. The homeowners association (HOA) pool and spa is 5 doors down as well as overflow parking if you have more than 3 vehicles.

Inside: Walk inside to a nice open living room on your right and stairs that are on your left. The upgraded house features new luxury vinyl til throughout and a modern grey paint color. The fireplace in the living room is decorated in flagstone. Find a professional 8 ft. size pool table with plenty of space to play in the living room. Off the living room is a small nook with board games and a view of the mountains with a coffee station. Walk into the remodeled kitchen with a powder room off the side. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and appliances you will need to enjoy the home and cook a good meal. The kitchen features a family room with a large TV and comfortable couch. The garage has parking for one car and a small gym to get your groove on in the morning! Walking upstairs you will find all the bedrooms with a full bathroom that 3 bedrooms share. One bedroom and the master bedroom have outrageous million dollar mountain views, in addition to the master bathroom shower. The master suite has an en suite bathroom and features a separate vanity area for the ladies. All bedrooms have king beds.

Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing the mountains, enjoy the priceless views! The patio in the backyard has shade most of the day if you prefer to work outside with the priceless mountain views and fresh desert air.

Comfort: All rooms feature blackout curtains, for a peaceful nights rest. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All bedding is white, do not trust vacation rentals that do not have white bedding! Master bathroom features a massage setting on the shower. House is energy efficient with blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all medium firm and fiberglass free and on the newer side. House features an ecobee thermostat.

Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. The house is newer construction. We recycle and expect guests to do the same.

We have of extra blankets and sheets. If you’re putting kids in the rooms the king beds can accommodate 3 kids each they are quite large.

Entertainment: We have a smart TV in each bedroom, all Roku enabled. We have a a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games, we also have a firepit/bbq (if propane tank is empty guest refills at their expense, charcoal not provided). In the garage we have a pool table and a couple couches to lounge. We offer Disney Plus, HBO Go, and Netflix for your enjoyment. There's a pool table and a gym as stated earlier at the house.

Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.

Booking: If the calendar is open, the house is available. Yes, we take last minute bookings. If you are getting blocked from booking please message us so we can assist with your booking. Please remember to book for all overnight guests, visitors incur a fee of $15/person/day.
