This peaceful and centrally-located hideaway offers simplicity at its best. The fully remodeled 3-bedroom home boasts 2,426 sq ft and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. This home is situated on a 0.7-acre lot and boasts breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains from the living room.

It is conveniently located within close proximity to a variety of shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Downtown Tucson and the UofA are easily accessible, being less than a 20 minute drive.

The property offers a delightful hot tub that is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Additionally, the gazebo features a table fire pit, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Please note these amenities are shared with the guest house.

A detached rental guest house is also on the property but is separated by a walkway, privacy wall, each have their own patio with seating and BBQ.

There is covered parking reserved for your use, with more available spaces along the driveway. Note: The front doors to the two houses are right next to each other.

Perfect!

I brought my parents to visit my brother. It was a perfect house for quality time with my family. Everything was close by and my parents were very happy with the set up of the house. I got to go skiing also. ( ski slop is an hour and a half away). We sat outside for every meal and sat by the fire pit at night.. it was perfect! Thank you so much.

Stay-cation Success

We enjoyed early (5am) morning walks around the neighborhood which was the perfect way to begin each day. The area is nice and quiet with many neighborly folks. The home itself was very clean and provided a peaceful space for us to relax. We felt extremely safe throughout our entire stay and hope to return again for a little R&R.

Great property!

We were in Tucson to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. We had a portion of the family staying here, and I think we won the jackpot! The home was equipped with everything we needed, the instructions were clear, and the home itself was beautiful and spacious.

Beautiful quiet retreat

We were so happy with this home. It had everything and more than the average VRBO. Great neighborhood! Safe, quiet but close to the streets to get you anywhere in Tucson. The wild life abounds which is great to seat on the back patio and enjoy. The owner responded to all of our questions immediately. Would highly recommend!
