All logistics and location were good. Could use a little handyman work: paint touch ups; grout repair and blind repair. Generally clean but the master suite blinds have not been cleaned or dusted in who knows how long. Icky.

Lovely condo. Location was great and check in process easy. Would suggest posting the gate code for the pool in the condo for the renters for easy accessibility.

Disappointing

For the amount of money, I am extremely disappointed in this property. Initially it appeared clean, with lovely tile floors which were perfect for our dogs. However, we began finding glass shards, one right next to bed in the spare bedroom, some in the hall, and some scattered about. Fortunately no one was cut with the glass but when we swept the floor it was filthy. There was spackling obviously in the kitchen which was not painted, and places where the Formica was loose and coming up. There was a door missing from the laundry closet. In our checkout instructions we were told to put our dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Since we didn’t cook, we didn’t have many dishes, we didn’t open the dishwasher until we were going to put our dishes into it, and it was full of clean dishes no one had previously emptied (maids). The heat or air conditioning unit kept coming on all night, and kept my husband awake at night. It was a loud, deep sound and one of the few tones that he can hear. It must have been the air conditioning which was not turned on as the heater was in the closet by the front door. The tv in the master bedroom was not plugged in but when we plugged it in, it came on but not connected to cable and no instructions. The tv in the living room was fine. I booked this unit at the last minute as I was not sure on the timing because I have a brother in Tucson who is ill, but I will do something different next time, very disappointing!

Great Location

Spacious apartment, adequately equipped for cooking, peaceful patio with cooling breezes and natural setting, large common area hot tub, and well maintained grounds. My only complaint was that there was no access code available for the pool and VACASA didn't respond. Fortunately, other guests shared it. Also, the gym was closed due to covid-19.

Roomy Condo with Good View

Our family of four enjoyed using this condo as our home base during our stay in Tucson. The patio was a great place to catch the sunset, watch birds, rabbits, and the occasional javelina. Not five stars because the front room seating could be more comfortable and unfortunately the hot tub was out of service for half our stay. We would define stay in this condo again.
