Really enjoyed staying in the quaint, cute, little house with the incredibly well stocked kitchen. This little home was incredibly clean and very cozy. It was located close to absolutely everything. We enjoyed it very much.

Everything about this home was just comfortable and well stocked. The furniture was comfy, the beds were amazing, the towels were soft and fluffy, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our stay and felt very much like we were at home. Hosts were easy and prompt. Would definitely come back!

What a fantastic place to stay while enjoying our time in Tucson! Really just perfect in every way. If you want to feel like a guest in a friend’s home, this is the place. We were in town to move our daughter into the UofA. We chose this property based on proximity to campus and prior good reviews. The house is very clean, and very well kept. Quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we needed. The owners had great communication and left an information packet describing the house, operation of any appliances, and check out procedures. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A Wonderful Stay

We were in Tucson for 3 weeks for some warmer weather and really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can tell Joel and Bianca take pride in this house. It is so well kept, and the furnishings and items provided made it feel like our home away from home. We loved having the gas grill and a nice outdoor patio space. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to some of the many bike and walking paths in the area. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and they are very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and will try to reserve it in the future if we are going to be in the area.

Need more than 5 stars to rate this one

I've stayed in several VRBO by now and this Tucson property has moved into the 1st place position. Simply...wow. The property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and I was able to cook multiple meals---even a birthday sheet cake. There was oil and basic spices, so nice! The linens are luxurious and our host even graciously provided bottled water and a few other treats--including Halloween candy as we were there on that holiday. It was so special to offer the treats to a trick-or-treater that knocked on the door. I really think the hosts went over and above the call of duty...and I hope they always do...because I plan to return. The neighborhood felt safe and was so convenient to the university as well as to other parks. The hosts provided the most well-organized and thought out set of instructions, which was so helpful. I have stayed in locations where I was unsure how to work the AC or remote---but I could handle it all with the instructions. If VRBO offered more than 5 stars, this home would get it! We hope we can consider this our "home away from home" when we visit Tucson to visit our son.

Home away from home

The house was very comfortable. All the appliances were new. They had everything we needed, toaster, coffee maker, blender. A few more coffee cups would have been nice but we just washed them as needed. The back yard was awesome. The mornings and evenings were perfect for sitting outside. The neighborhood was great for taking walks.

Spacious 2B/2B with lovely decor in a quiet neighbourhood centrally located in Tucson

We came to Tucson for the funeral of a beloved family member. The location and the size of the property was ideal for the 3 of us. The house was clean and nicely presented. The kitchen has all the supplies we need to cook our meals. The backyard was splendid. Totally recommend this place!

Taking daughter to college

We stayed in Tuscon so we could drop our daughter off at U of A. While we were there having a beautiful, cozy home to stay in made it calm in a stressful time. Bianca and Joel were very accomodating as we drove from out of state and did not arrive until 5 am the next morning from our check in date. I communicated said it would be no problem. problem.
