"Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting"

"The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed, but no more. In the room was a very loud-blowing cooling/heating unit. Nothing was adjustable, not even turning off or down the fan. The doors to the bathroom were French doors, which was an odd construction for the space. The paint from the doors was chipped and worn. For the next round of refurbishments, I hope they swap out the bathroom doors. There was a plastic water bottle semi-under the bed from a previous guest. It would not have been...

"Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, although I did not cook. Parking was adequate. Parking was well lite."

"Great hotel and so close to the airport. Staff was kind, and it had everything we needed for a quick stay. We slept very well on the nice beds. It was quiet but also located close to places to eat. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...
