"We stayed 3 nights over the weekend and the worst among all our experience stayed at BW! The room is small, the AC is VERY loud, bed isn’t comfortable. In addition to above $400 per night for Friday and Saturday, $15 parking fee per night is ridiculous, and not mentioning the service! they ONLy clean room when you hang the door hanger outside your room indicating a “room make up” WITHIN certain time. So if you forget to hang the door hanger per their INSTRUCTION, they won’t clean your room even...

"I was never informed that the property is not staffed after 10:00 PM. I work in the wedding industry, so I wasn’t able to arrive until after the wedding ended, around 11:30 PM. When I got there, the front doors were locked, and I had to call a 1-800 number to receive instructions on how to retrieve a key from a lockbox outside the building. After a long 12-hour workday, I was finally able to get into what appeared to be the last available room.

"The property is beautiful with fun shops to explore and wonderful restaurants to enjoy with both indoor and outdoor seating. My husband and I took the gondola to the top where we enjoyed the views and a hike. When it was time to check-in to the hotel the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful offering advice on breakfast options. This part of the trip was 5 starts.
